Let me teach you things I wish I knew during vet school!

Progress Not Perfection: Student Edition is a 9-day guide that drips out content to you each day for a total of nine days. Each day I'll be covering a topic that I think is vital to student wellbeing, and is something that I wish I could tell my former student self! Each day includes a short reading, an affirmation, journal prompts, and some additional resources as well. All daily activities can be done in 20 minutes or less, because I get that you're busy being a badass and learning to save lives!
